Frequently Asked Questions
How does rate limiting work?
Rate limits are enforced per API key on a rolling window basis. Once you hit your daily or monthly limit, requests will return a 429 status code with a Retry-After header indicating when you can make requests again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET-30 terms.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
